a day in the life...

Mac has been so much fun to watch lately...what an imagination he has....just like his daddy! The best may be walking into his room and finding him on the floor with all his books..and trying to "read" them out loud. He is non-stop...taking every waking moment to explore and play. He is such a big helper now...putting things up and cleaning...he even helps with dishes.

Playing outside is a must when the weather is nice...going to the park, pushing toys, riding in wagons and cars are endless possibilities for fun. What a little explorer we have on our hands..i love it!

bubbles...

Mac has always enjoyed bathtime...all Charlie has to say is "bathtime??" and Mac starts running to the bathroom. Charlie has always been in charge of bathtime...a little father-son playtime! He now enjoys blowing bubbles in the water and looking up at you afterwards with soapy bubbles all over his face and giggling. He also knows it is time to brush his teeth and will sign his version of "brushing teeth" and say "mo" for elmo...(yes.. we have elmo toothpaste!!) He is so funny during bathtime and would literally stay in there until he turned into a giant prune. I am so glad that he loves the water...watch out E-bee and Chippy...Mac is going to live in the pool this summer!

love machine...

Ok...so Mac has been bit by the lovebug! We met some of our friends at the park today for playgroup and Mac could not keep from loving on his friend Grayson. The second she got there he just went right up to her and starting hugging her...I mean the poor girl couldn't even play because Mac wouldn't let her go...Charlie would be so proud! I might add that Mac has good taste...isn't she precious?? It was so funny to watch them both try to and figure each other out...so sweet:)

Becca-thanks for capturing some precious pictures..

if only....

My cousins lived closer!!! Mary Mac, Adam and Ryan flew in from Texas last week and we have had a blast playing and hanging out. Adam and Mac are almost one year apart and they are so fun to watch. They spend their time playing with cars and chasing each other around the house. It has been such a treat to spend time with Mary Mac and my other sweet little nephew Ryan. He is always happy (if you can't tell by the picture:) We have had a great time and hate to see them leave next week. Love you guys-
