wake up, wake up, wake up..it's snowing outside...

The past few times that it has snowed this is the little tune that Charlie is greeted with in the mornings..he just loves when I wake him up that way! This morning I couldn't wait to get Mac bundled up to take him out and play. He is still not over whatever cold he has had lingering for the past week or so, but I couldn't help it...hopefully I won't win worst mother of the year for that one.

It was so funny watching him play...he fell down a couple times and had a difficult time trying to get back up. For those Christmas Story movie lovers..he looked like Ralphie's little brother trying to get up after falling...a miniature version of the abominable snowman:) He stood outside yelling "mal-mal" until I went in and let Malley out to play with us..the two of them are quite the pair.

my name is MAC

Well....I finally have my computer back..thank goodness!! To quickly backtrack...we had a great Christmas! On Christmas Eve we stayed the night at Charlie's parents and then had Christmas morning, brunch, and dinner with all the Atkinsons. Mac had a blast playing with his new sled, toys, books, etc.....it was so fun to see him enjoy the excitement and time with family. We spent the day after Christmas at my parents house with Uncle Benny and Aunt CiCi where he was introduced to his first red wagon. The boy loves it!! It was a busy few days but we really enjoyed being with our family and watching Mac enjoy himself so much.

These are just a few pics that I have taken and haven't had a chance to post yet. As you can tell we had some snow quite a while ago, but I had to post his first pic in the snow!! One of the other pics is of Mac watching his favorite show-Yo Gabba Gabba. He gets to watch that show one time during the day...usually when i am trying to get dinner together..as you can tell, completely intrigued!!

Just a sidenote..Mac was released from both Baptist (for his head) and from his gastro doc (for his reflux). Yeah!! I am so glad that we don't have to deal with those appts anymore.
